THE 1ST HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE (HRMIC)

CALL FOR PAPERS
We invite scholars, researchers, practitioners and policymakers to submit original research papers for presentations at the 1st Human Resource Management International Conference (HRMIC). The conference will be held under the following theme:

THEME: “Innovative HR Strategies for Workforce Resilience and Sustainable Development“

This theme highlights the critical role of HR in fostering sustainable development through digital transformation, employee well-being, and future-ready workforce strategies. The conference aims to facilitate knowledge exchange, collaborative discussions, and innovative solutions for modern HR challenges.

1. Digital Transformation, Agility, Innovations, Adaptive HR Strategies, Flexible Work Arrangements, HR Resilience, HR Models, and the Future of Work
2. Recruitment, On-boarding, Talent Management, Training, Teamwork, Workforce Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Workforce Sustainability
3. Ethical Leadership, Governance and Policy, Compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Global HR Trends, Cross-Cultural Management, Climate Resiliency, and Emerging Issues
4. Employee Well-being, Work-Life Balance and Mental Health Well-being, Healthcare Workforce, Healthcare Entrepreneurship, Training and Capacity Building, Emerging Issues, and Implications to Quality Healthcare.
5. An entrepreneurial approach to HRM leverages technology to create sustainable, inclusive, and resilient workplaces. It explores models of entrepreneurship in HRM practices, corporate entrepreneurship as a driver of HRM solutions, and the role of change management through entrepreneurship in shaping the HRM landscape.
6. Emerging trends-social media evolution, AI in marketing and supply chains, neuromarketing, data privacy, blockchain, digital twins, ethical supply chains, and big data analytics are reshaping business and technology.
7. ESG reporting, Human Rights Reporting, Corporate Governance & behavioral financing, Sustainability & enterprise management, Financial Transparency, Safeguarding HR Finances, Taxation & Compensation, Strategic workforce investment, Public Finance & Labor Policy, Green Finance, and Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting.
8. Blue Economy and Economic growth, economics of climate change, Agricultural productivity, Debt and Economic Development; workforce optimization, Informal Sector and Economic Development and public-private partnerships.

Graduate Paper Development Workshop
PhD and Masters Candidates are encouraged to submit research papers aligned with the conference theme.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• Abstracts: 350-700 words outlining objectives, methodology, key findings, and relevance to the theme.
• Full Papers: Maximum of 7,000 words (including references), formatted in APA (7th Edition).
• New Abstract Submission Deadline: Abstracts by March 28, 2025.
• Notification of Acceptance: By April 1, 2025.
• Full Paper Submission: By May 15, 2025.
