Conference Theme:
Innovative HR Strategies for Workforce Resilience and Sustainable Development
Scholars, researchers, practitioners and policymakers are invited to submit original research papers for presentations at the 1st Human Resource Management International Conference (HRMIC).
The Conference will be hybrid, with sessions available for both in-person and online participants.

It explores models of entrepreneurship in HRM practices, corporate entrepreneurship as a driver of HRM solutions, and the role of change management through entrepreneurship in shaping the HRM landscape.
- Emerging trends-social media evolution, AI in marketing and supply chains, neuromarketing, data privacy, blockchain, digital twins, ethical supply chains, and big data analytics are reshaping business and technology.
- ESG reporting, Human Rights Reporting, Corporate Governance & behavioral financing, Sustainability & enterprise management, Financial Transparency, Safeguarding HR Finances, Taxation & Compensation, Strategic workforce investment, Public Finance & Labor Policy, Green Finance, and Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting.
- Blue Economy and Economic growth, economics of climate change, Agricultural productivity, Debt and Economic Development; workforce optimization, Informal Sector and Economic Development and public-private partnerships.
Graduate Paper Development Workshop (PDW):
